Cycle advice

Alright, first off. Thanks to anyone who responds. I'm looking for some advice. I'm a new member to the forum. Been reading on here for a little while and decided to try aas. But before I start I wanted to research EVERYTHING. Before I even begin, my stats:
Age- 27
Weight- 230lbs
Bf- 14% (7-site skin fold)
Height- 5'9"

I've been training since I was 15yo, at 18, first year in college I got picked up by the personal trainers at the college and learned so much from their program. my diet is pretty solid: 3500 kcal/day macros look like: 25% fat, 35% protein, and 40% CHO. That, broken down is 97g from fats, 306 from protein, and 350 from CHO. I've been following this design pretty strictly for years as it has worked out great for me. I could list every meal but it changes day to day. I never ever eat junk or fast food, in fact my high metabolism Thai fiancee gets mad and claims she's wasting away bc I don't buy any junk for snacking lol. I eat 6 times a day EVERYDAY minimum. Sometimes 7 depending on what shift I work. My goal is is to bulk up a bit more muscle. My training has been high intensity for as long as I can remember. And I change up something in the workout about every week so I've never plateaued until recently. I just can't seem to build any more muscle nor increase in lifts. I still maintain fantastically intense workouts but for instance, when bench pressing, I can't seem to get past 425lb for more than 2 reps no matter what I try. (increasing kcals, switching workout routines, rest, working support muscles to their max potential) I'm very open minded to ANY and all advice on anything here as I'd love to do anything natural before I tap into messing hormones around. I have on hand D-Bol tabs and deca with unleashed, post cycle, and hcgenerate on the way for pct should this be the route to go.

My question is: what dosage would be the best for me to run these compounds at? I've done alot of researching and was thinking 30mg D-Bol ED for 5 weeks and 400mg deca for 10 weeks. And after, running the pct for at least 6 weeks and then re evaluate where I am and where to go next.

But I'm not starting anything until I seek out the advice I need, and get my P's and Q's straight first. So, most appreciated, I'm glad to be part of something great and so full of knowledge.
 
I forgot to add, the only things I take right now are supplemental protein shakes multiple times a day, 10g of creatine ED, multivitamins once daily, and fish oil tabs ED. I also have milk thistle at 1000mg here if and when I start running the D-Bol. Just wanted to be accurate. :)
 
Slow down your metabolism.
Eat 3 or 4 huge meals per day.
Go to a 5x5 style workout, 3 days per week.
Drop cardio except for possibly warm up for your workouts.
You will very likely see some dramatic changes.

Slow my metabolism?? Explain this. I forgot all about my cardio lol. I use the treadmill 2x a week currently. Med intensity. But I don't quite get slowing my metabolism. I tend to put on too much fat when I eat 3X daily which is why I feed about every 3-4 hours. Keeps the fire burning, so to speak. But maybe I'll try that out again. Thx bro.

When you ate 3x/day were you eating clean? If you were putting on fat then possibly your diet choices wernt the best, just suggesting.
Also if you find that your getting fat on 3 or 4 meals per day then cut back on cals. This is exactly what I mean on slowing down your metabolism. The more meals you eat per day the more charged up your metabolism is gonna be. Eat fewer but larger meals and that IMO slows your metabolism. For instance look at the rest of our country. (generalizing here) They dont eat breakfast, they eat 2 or 3 times per day and they are mostly fat. Now I realize that there is a lot more to it then that but in the big scheme of things IMO that if you eat fewer times per day and protein heavy meals that you will slow down your metabolism.

I also said 5x5 type of workout. This is low volume but high intensity work. I am guessing that you do a lot more working out then this right now. That also contributes to increasing your metabolism.

5 9 and 230 with 15% bf? if those stats are accurate you are a beast. but on the internet we all know 15% bf sometimes really translates to 30%.. mind putting up pics?

but then again you say you have a high metabolism and have a strict diet. i know guys who are 6 2 and only weigh 215 and are jacked. so i would be curious to see your body structure.

as for your cycle why would you even consider deca and dbol at your size? you are already huge.. i would run something like primo alone for 10 weeks. that would be a good first injectable cycle and easy to recover from. you don't even need test as a base but if you insist run something like 250mg test per week and 400mg primo. that is ample .. assuming of course the stats you posted are legit, if they aren't then you need to drop down some weight

dont be messing with deca for a first cycle.
 
Ty steve. And ya they're bout as legit as a skin fold can be. I'll pm you some pics when I can get around to taking some. Not comfortable posting on forum but I'll send you a few. I have access to a hydrostatic weigh at a college of some of my colleagues so I'm working on finding time to get a really accurate body comp. Haha definitely not 30%. I'd jump off a roof. I don't really trust skin fold test but that's what the trainer came up with. I'd say it's decently close +/- 3%. I can def see my abs but if I were to guess? I'd say it's on that high side of +/- jus being honest. I appreciate the advice. Been seeing that deca is rough sometimes. Def contemplating primo or test/primo. Prolly run primo alone first to see how it reacts In me. Def appreciate the info. How does the oft sound?
 
And steve I'm def not insisting on running anything if it isn't sound or beneficial. I'm open to any and all constructive criticism on anything I post. So pls. Find fault in it Bc it will only help me in long term by learning more.
 
nothing wrong with primo only.

some guys scoff at not running test with it as a base. I used to as well.. however I've run cycles with both tren and primo alone and i was very happy. granted my sex drive was sky high with test as a base .. so its up to you.

but definately don't be messing with deca for a first cycle.. check out the link in my sig, it will give you ideas for a cycle and pct as well. good luck
