Once we get this type of information from you, we have a better grasp on where you currently are, and what is best to get you to where you want to be.
Personally, I am running 520test/500deca per week right now. It doesnt have to be doubled. As stated, people have run Deca only cycles and been fine, but I ALWAYS run it with Test just to be safe.![]()
