cycle advice

My current cycle is 400 Deca and 300 Test E, I was considering either doubling the Test E or adding dbol to the cycle to add some more size, any advice would be appreciated
 
what are your stats.. : age, weight , height, bf%, training history, cycle history, diet .. once we get that then we can figure this out... but one thing ill point out is to always keep the test mgs higher than deca..

These guys are right, you should keep your test higher than deca to avoid the dreaded DECA DICK Dundundun! :)

I have always heard of people getting good results with at lest 1.5 times the test as deca...so, it you are using 400mg deca, I would go with 600 test.... But then again, it depends on your cycle history... If you are a fairly new guy to cycling, you could easily get away with 300 deca, 500 test and 25-30mg dbol each day and you would get fuckin' huge! LOL!

Not necessary. It all depends on how you react to the compounds. I've run cycles with more deca than test and plenty of people have run deca only cycles. The deca/dbol combo used to be very popular.

true.. but if he is one of the unlucky ones that gets the decadick.. then wouldn;t it be wise to run the tet a little more than the deca the first time around... and i do agree with you that everyone does react different to compounds... :Chef:

Sure... I was just pointing out that you dont "have" to run more test than deca.

Without knowing specific information about you and where you currently are at phyically, we can really give you no valid assessment in order to help you reach your goals.

Age
Height, Weight
Bodyfat
years training
current diet
goals
cycle history

Once we get this type of information from you, we have a better grasp on where you currently are, and what is best to get you to where you want to be.


Personally, I am running 520test/500deca per week right now. It doesnt have to be doubled. As stated, people have run Deca only cycles and been fine, but I ALWAYS run it with Test just to be safe. :Chef:
