Just wanted a critique of the cycle I'm considering.....
I'm a newbie, 30 years old, 215 lbs and about 15% bodyfat. I'm an retired college football player when I played at about 205 and around 6% bodyfat. I've gotten older, fatter and lost a lot of strength but want to get back to old form or better. I'm a very healthy eater.
For my 1st cycle (a 10 weeker)
Deca at 400mg/week
Test E at 500mg/ week.
I also have plenty of Nolvadex on hand.
What do you think? I was thinking about adding a little D-bol for weeks 1-4. Do you think that is overkill for the 1st cycle? Also I was thinking about some HCG at 500iu every 4th day to maintain the testes.
I haven't started yet but was planning to start in a couple a weeks from now. I've learned so much from this site and feel pretty confident but want some feedback before I commit to the "dark side" Any comments, good or back would be greatly appreciated. So let them rip......
