I am 31 years old, have done 3 cycles in the past (resulting in extreme bloat coupled with EXTREME strength increases), am 278 lbs., 26% body fat (don't give me any shit about that, I know), and I want to gain some lean muscle. I am currently doing 1 hour of HEAVY cardio 4 days per week (taking kickboxing cardio classes) so my BF should start to come down a bit. I lift heavy.
I have never tried fina, and want to give it a spin because I've heard it can help reduce body fat. Here's my idea:
Weeks 1-6 Weeks 7-10
Fina 100mg/ed Test 250mg/wk
Test 250mg/wk Winny 50mg/ed
I realize this is fairly simple and basic, but is it sufficient for my body type (I'm big boned and bloat easily)? I've always done at least test 500mg/wk, and have always met enjoyed the strength... and hope 250 is enough.
