Cycle advice

I am 31 years old, have done 3 cycles in the past (resulting in extreme bloat coupled with EXTREME strength increases), am 278 lbs., 26% body fat (don't give me any shit about that, I know), and I want to gain some lean muscle. I am currently doing 1 hour of HEAVY cardio 4 days per week (taking kickboxing cardio classes) so my BF should start to come down a bit. I lift heavy.

I have never tried fina, and want to give it a spin because I've heard it can help reduce body fat. Here's my idea:

Weeks 1-6 Weeks 7-10
Fina 100mg/ed Test 250mg/wk
Test 250mg/wk Winny 50mg/ed

I realize this is fairly simple and basic, but is it sufficient for my body type (I'm big boned and bloat easily)? I've always done at least test 500mg/wk, and have always met enjoyed the strength... and hope 250 is enough.
 
well it looks good ,if you bloat easily you may want to consider some arimidex for the estrogen managment...Good luck
 
Ok... party on muscleup. I've never used armidex, but everyone seems to be mentioning it a lot lately. Forgive my stupidity, but is 'dex only used as an agent to prevent water bloat, or does it ALSO act as an anti-e?

Both...The less estrogen ,the less water you will tend to hold...
