Well this is my first time asking for cycle advice...
stats 26
ht 6ft
weight 217
BF 8%
(just came off a cycle)
I cycles alot when I was 17-21 mostly test 500-1000 per week for months at a time. (didnt know any better) No side effects.
Last year I did;
6 weeks
50mg tren EOD
50mg Winstrol EOD
Omnadren 250mg per week.
Went from 225-250lbs ate 3000 cals
Just came off this...
10weeks
Ip sust 300mg every 4th day
Ip winni 50mg ED
T3 last 6 weeks
25mg Ari EOD
Start 230 14% fatwent up to 240. Then when added t3 I went down to 217 8% fat
So now here is my cycle for after the holidays...
6 week total
Tren 50mg/ Prop 50mg ED
Winni 100mg ED Split.
T3
short and sweet.
I was thinking about adding some Omnas at 500mg per week but I may not do that this time around.
Goal is to gain some lean mass.. not bulked up. Still wanna keep fat below 10% 8 is good..
