Proposed Weekly Cycle: 250mg Sus, 400mg Deca, followed by Clom. Question: what amount would be rec. for frontloading, and any alternatatives suggested for Deca? I like the Sus -- it worked great on my first cycle. Thanks.

you could use EQ instead of deca...it's a little weaker, and doesn't aromatize much. You could frontload the deca at 600mg/Wk for the first 2 weeks, but i wouldn't go anyhigher than that...and the test at 500mg/wk.

I like a big front load...

at least double, if not triple the average weekly dose. Sustanon's long esters make up the bulk of the 250mg dose (only 30mg are Prop and 60mg Phenylprop - the other 160mg are long acting), so 750mg front load would be a good thing (that way you get 270mg of short acting for the first week out of the 750mg).

Week 1: 750mg (a single 3ml shot) + 400mg deca
Week 2+ : 250mg Sust + 400mg deca
etc...

that's how I'd run it.

When using Sus 250, I would run it at 500mg/week. This makes it easier to keep consistent test levels using it. So do what drgoodbody said, run you test at 750mg for the first week, and then run it at 500mg the rest of the cycle.

I suggested injecting every 5 days...this will keep levels more consistent and it won't up his dose very much...
