I am about to start adding to my diet and workout. I am as of right now 287lbs., 6'4", 21 yrs. old. and I am trying to get to 250lbs, but dream to be 225lbs. before I go on my first cycle, which will be test. Anyways I am already eating very clean and doing alot of cardio and I am loosing weight, I was 317lbs. at my heaviest.

I am wanting to know whats out there to help me loose more weight besides eca stack and Thermorexin? I am not going to use T3 and I am thinking of clen, but what else is there? Or would Thermorexin and Clen be a good stack? Also which is safer on your heart/blood pressure, effedra or Clen?

I'm not going to give you the answer I think you are looking for because for me it is all about diet,training and consistency. Good job on loosing 30 lbs. You don't need to get too worried about supplements although eca has worked well for me and I am currently using thermorexin, however, I think these supps will do you more good once you get down to the nitty gritty. I'm currently around 10% and eca and thermo help me lose those stubborn last few pounds. The best thing you can do is continue the cardio, do it 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach. But more important gain as much muscle as possible. Some people don't realize that your BMR is what burns more calories during the day than anything...just sitting around. The best way to raise your BMR is to add muscle. Lift Heavy and Hard, continue your cardio, get use to eating clean calories and don't pay too much attention to the scale. Measurements are a much more accurate indicator of progress. Hope this helps.

I just got through reading Temp's post. Someone mentioned about loosing weight is not really cutting. Well I got to confess I do have a gut, not huge. I know I should focus more on loosing weight than trying to keep my muscle with where I am at right now, about 22-25% bf. I know once I go on my cycle I can gain the muscle right back, plus some.

I do have alot of muscle (mesomorph, i think), its just I gain muscle and fat. I feel kinda uncomfortable around some people to because I know even some of my friends are intimidated by me because I do have alot of muscle, but its all covered in a layer of fat which (with my clothes on) makes me look even bigger. (kinda nice)

I guess I will just keep on keepin on. I just kinda wanted to speed up the process.
 
Slow and steady wins the race. Remember being consistant is the most important thing. Don't starve yourself for 6 days and then go ape shit on day seven. Find an amount of food that allows you to keep your sanity and help you acheive your goals. What kind of time frame are you looking at hitting 250 and then 225. I hope it is realistic and something you can keep up in the years to come. You are pretty young and I know for a fact that keeping weight off as you get older gets harder. You are young enough to establish good eating habits now that you can carry into the rest of your life.
 
Nice work on dropping that much weight so far. You should be proud of the payoff of your hard work. I'd hold off on the test. roatating clen and ECA is a good idea IMO. But diet is the name of the game really. Best of luck and congratulations again.
