yeah so i've noticed that i have alot (well not a LOT but enough that i want to get rid of it) of excess body fat and i'd really like to get rid of it - and cutting as said in another thread is mostly diet. cutting = fat loss right? or am i using the complete wrong term here?
anyway point of the post, whats a good diet? im 15 and 125 lbs currently, i go to the gym to workout every other day and i just wanna get rid of this bodyfat to get a cut look.
please : do NOT tell me that im 15 and i shouldnt worry about it, cause i see people all the time who wish they started when they were younger. thanks for the help
