What do you guys eat when you are cutting, maintaing muscle and losing fat...
I don't mean how many cals and the numeric breakdown i mean eg 5 eggs breakfast 1 tin tuna for lunch and 2 chicken breasts for dinner. Just so that i can understand and so that its easier for me to copy.

Food that fills

I always eat food that "fills my stomach".

This is mostly food which has a low amount of macro nutritions per 100 grams.
This could be :
potatos
vegetables
fruit in general
turkey
chicken
etc...
 
I dont understand how you can get an answer withought the numeric breakdowns.....A guy weighing 240's cutting diet might make you fat, you need the numbers

The question also regards which types of food that works well on a diet, if we were to design a diet we would need some measures.
