Cutting without losing too much lbm?

I'm going for 10mg (Generic Supplements) E.D plus cycling some clen, eca and t-3 in moderate doses for the coming 8 weeks.
This in an attempt to reduce bf without losing too much lbm

Food-wise i will do a moderatly strict diet with lots of protein, some good fat and a little less carbs than usual.

I'll be adding thai boxing classes to my regular gym workout during the second month.

This is my first time with aas, not the other stuff tho'.
I'd love some comments..

(Maybe better to post it as a new thread than in the end of a really long post like i did yesterday =)

I would a CKD with alot of very low intensity cardio. I would go only 3 weeks in a row though, then i would go back to a building routine for a week or two, and then go back to CKD.

My stats are 23/6"2/262lbs and the goal is dropping to around 230-240lbs.

serbstyle1: I'll read up on CKD and maybe try it during next spring.

Way up .. no idea really, 25-30%
I dropped roughly 85 lbs on t3, clen and eca 1½ years ago. The problem was i also lost lots and lots of muscle (duh). I'm still going the right direction, but now I want to speed things up a bit, while keeping that muscle.

I realised a mate has some winny tabs, any way to throw them into the mix? :)

try

G-plenish at 3 huge table spoons a say,

Gluccorell-r with carbs meal or carb ups,

Gla for additonal aid in keeping fat a bay,

and do cardio strateglically

that is if your on a low carb diet throw it in for a boost here an there like one or twice a week

also I believe in thermos pre anarobic workout, and never on hard legs day or cardio days

you don't need the artifical elivation in heart rate, or stress on your heart

Definately go with a CKD for sparing lbm, but at 25% bf you do not need clen or t3. Actually you do not even need to do cardio. Your diet alone will get you under 20%.
