Cutting w/ whey spread throughout day

The diet I do best on is a Highprotien, lowfat lowcarb. With my carbs coming from veggies and maybe something quick pre or post w/o.


What if say fill a huge bowl of whey protien powder equalling my desired amount for the day. Then just ate a spoonful of it at random all throughout the day. So it would be a really spread slow intake of whey.


Think this would offer any advantages over eating cans of tuna in the normal fashion 6 meal fashion? Whey does seem to offer a betaanabolic edge and maybe eatin spread like this a better anti-catabolic edge?

Would it be about the same? I'm just hoping it wouldnt be worse lol.. I know as far as hunger goes it'll probably make it worse Since its nothing solid but i can deal with that.

you must be jokiing...you would eat whey POWDER protein w/ a spoon, that's new

I don't know about any disadvantages, besides the protein sticking to your teeth. A betaanabolic edge? where do you get this?.....I don't it's a better anti-catabolic, whey converts to glucose at an about 56% rate, so your low-carb diet is out the window

two words: SOLID FOOD....you need to put in some solid food, it will be the most beneficial

add 0.25mg armidex EOD to combat the possible estrogen effect of test: why do EQ when you're trying to cut down, it will make you hungry as hell. Rather run fina at 40mg ED.
Oh yes, 200mcg of T3 is WAY! too much, the highest you would TAPER UP to is 100mcg and TAPER DOWN back to 12.5mcg.

lol thats how I always eat it. I think it taste really good too good to waste in a drink.. So i always filla bowl eat it with a spoon. (It only start to sticks if u eat too much and my saliva fails me, yeah keep a toothbrush handy) Takes a lil practice to eat it without getting it all stuck in your mouth.

Yeah I read about that but I thought its wouldnt reallyt convert at that rate since I was taking in small amounths. Otherwise how can the bioavailibility of it be so high if more than half of it gets converted to glucose? (oh my low carb isn't for ketosis or anything its just cause I function better on protien)

Oh yes, 200mcg of T3 is WAY! too much, the highest you would TAPER UP to is 100mcg and TAPER DOWN back to 12.5mcg.

Isn't proviron is a weak anti E? And I don 't really expect bloat at 125mg a week. (oh yeah been running the gear for 4weeks and the T3 i started like saturday)

I've done T3 before.. I don't think theres much reason for me to taper.. I went from 150mcg ED to 12.5mcg ED for a while.

my thought process was as follows. at 25mcg your replacing so that and above your t3 is completely surpressed. So tapering from 150 to 25 hasnt any effect on recovering but just helps you deal with the crash right? then as you get under 25mcg now your body is starting to supply some if and you and wean yourself off. To minimize the time spent in super low t3 production.

I didn't really feel a crash going from 150 to 12.5.. ran 12.5 for a while then just stopped. Didn't have a problem except i started bulking too soon before metabolism was fully recovered (but i knew that would be cuz it takes a loong time to completly be back at 100%)


So am I right in thinking I can jump from whatever dose I'm at to a supplement dose? So long as the drastic metabolism change doesn't really bother me crash wise?

better anti-e for progesterone then anything else (for the price that is)...EQ/winny can give some progesterone sides...very mild

No reason to taper, how about a crash and recovery problem

acutally, tapering can help restore natural product and/or lead to a easier coming off time

Nope, I don't think you're right. Even if the theory was true, why would a crash not bother you; you can lose proper metabolic function for life
