I just got 2 bottles of Yohimburn ES in the mail. I will bump this thread every now and then to keep you updated with pics. The stuff has a pleasurable burn and I am using it on my lower abs, handles, pecs, face. I am on week 3 of a tren/prop/winny cycle. I started at 17% bodyfat and down to 13% in 3 weeks. My upper abs are starting to show a little bit. My target bf is 8%. I WILL reach my goal. I doing cardio 5 times a week. 20 minutes lifting days (M,W,F) 40 minutes non lifitng days (T,TH). All cardio is in the morning on empty tummy. My diet looks something like this:
Meal 1 - 1 Cup of Oats, Protein Shake, 10 egg whites
Meal 2 - 10 oz Salmon, 1/4 cup of Almonds
Meal 3 - Grilled Chicken Breast, Black Beans, Green veggie
Meal 4 - 1 cup of Oats, Protein Shake
Meal 5 - Lean red meat, Green Veggies, brown rice
Meal 6 - Protein Shake
Cycle:
Homebrew Fina - 75 mgs ed
Generic Labs Prop - 100 mg eod
British Dragon Winny Tabs - 50 mg ed
Three weeks in and I am hard as a rock. I am 5'11 198 and have stayed in the 195-200 range. This cutting stack is wonderful. The only sides I am getting are light night sweats.
I am taking Nolva 60 mgs a day for 8 weeks for fatty nipples. Clomid ready for PCT after my last shot of test. I'll take some pics and post them.
