I am 24 years old, 6 foot, 178lbs at 14/15% bodyfat
My diet is very clean: 6/7 meals, 200g protein, 150g carbs, 100g fat overall around 2300 calories (carb cycling) from 2000 caloires up to 2500

My goal is to keep as much muscle as possible (maybe even gain some if i can), lower bodyfat.

I train every day
Monday:Shoulders + abs + 15 minute cardio
Tuesday:back + biceps
wednesday: Morning Hiit training treadmill
Thursday:Legs + abs
Friday:morning hiit rower
Sat:Chest + triceps + 15 minute cardio
Sun:Morning Hiit training treadmill

Any suggestions on what sort of gear i should be looking at. i have a target of 9 weeks (7 week course, then 2/3 weeks post cycle)

I have done 3 courses in the past all deca/ sus and have progressed well for my shape. i have been on my current diet for just over 4 weeks and its going well, starting to slow down a little.

p.s. this week i have started to use YES, will this effect my course in any way

Test 500mg/week weeks 1 - 12
Anvar 100mg ED weeks 1 - 6
winny 50 mg ED weeks 8 - 12

PCT: Letro+ Nolva, Clomid and PCT

Another option would be to use T-bol to kick start instead of the var at 60mg ED
 
k many would disagree with me here but personally id be dropping cals by 500 so roating between 1500 and 2000. helps that inn itslef is a pound a week weight loss extra ontop of anything you are loosing currently. i cut on 1500cals ed and im 210lbs so you should be able to if youa re hungry add in ephedrine 25mg every few hours or reductil @ 15mg ed. will keep hunger at bay.

you aint doing enuff cv eithe rin my opinion ne point doing HIT in the am on an empty stomahc it is far to catabolic. steady state man all the way. 40mins in the m after a 30gram whey shake every morning. then HIT in the evening on non weight days will be much better than what you are currently doinfg.

if as you say you have done 3 cycles then have you thought about using tren have you done ed shots before are you adverse to doing this. if you are i wouldnt use tren becasu IMO i think tren enanthate should be used after tren ace simply becasu eif you are on the tren a and you react badly it is out you body in a couple of days rather than having 3 weeks or so more of side effects. just my opinion tho.

if you are interested in tren then

weeks 1-7 test prop 75mg ed
weeks 1-7 tren ace 50mg ed
could aslo add in winny/ var or tbol if you wanted @ 50mg/ 60-80mg/ 60-80mg respectively.

if you not interest in tren/ worried of the sides dont run it plenty of good stuff out there. what is your budget like could you afford primo. if so have you thought about goign away whilst being on which is why i take it you have planned the cycle the way you have. cos will mean you look top and primo has few sides therefore no need to meds away with you and you can run it like

weeks 1-9 primo 500mg ew
weeks 1-9 prop 150mg eod
then do pct 2 weeks after last shot if you aint goign away run the prop till week 11.

if staying on longer isnt an option then dont use long esters stick to the short ones. someting like

weeks 1-7 prop 150mg eod
weeks 1-7 masteron 100mg eod
then again you coudl add in var/ winny/ tbol if you feel the need to
pct will eb 3 day after last shot runt he oral 2 days longer than last shot if that is what you decide to do.

k or run

weeks 1-7 prop @ 150mg eod
weeks 1-7 anavar @ 60-80mg ed
run var 2 days past the prop and then pct. if cant afford var winny can be subbed in easily but may start it week 2 so only run it for 6 weeks as it is a little harsher on the body.

Cheers guys, loads of options to think about, a lot of these steriods i haven't used so a lot of research is needed.

Any more suggestions are always welcome

Do you lose fat eating that many calories per day? I ask cause I don't know your body type, but for a 180lb guy, that sounds like a decent amount of Cals per day..... Not saying it's wrong, or too much, just asking if you've ever gone lower?

As for the AAS, I would definetly go with Test Prop if you can.... 500-600mg per week, and possibly Tren stacked with it...... If you've never done Tren, I'd say 75mg EoD to start is a good dose..... I would also add in some Proviron..... 50mg ED will make your muscles hard and dense looking, and bring out the vascularity..... Since youre in England, you should have no problem getting Proviron..... Now that I think about it, you could even leave the Tren out, and do Test Prop and Proviron..... Would be a good cutting cycle IMO....

Fair comment prizz, i have reduced my calories from way over 3000 to around 2200ish. over the last 5 weeks and lost about 5kg, a lot was bloatiness. my abs are starting to show. but i still feel hungry even at 2200, even a bit faint sometimes, i work long hours 6 days a week, active job.

My only problem is a cant do the injections my self (big girl i know) so i need an AAS that only needs once a week, or an oral version. i have herd mixed reviews on orals like winstrol and proviron?
whats your view?

But the Test proprionate for 7 weeks sounds perfect. cheers for all your help
 
test prop shots are ed or eod so if youa are looking for a less frequent injection patturn look elsewhere bro!!

winny not great and i just away 2500mg of prov to a mte cos i thought it was absolute rubbish to be honest.

use eca for hunger bro it works real good

for an oral only cycle

80mg of anavar ed (and help reduce appetite a lot so you wont be hungry) or tbol @ 80mg ed

rotate 2 on 2 off with clen and eca
