Cutting up after bulking....best way

Whats up fellas.......I start week 8 monday of sust 250 /wk 1-8 deca 200/wk 1-8 and im takin nolva @20/mg day for weeks 7 & 8 (to try and lose water retention).

During my cycle i got a gut .......what is the best way to get rid of this fat...........do you guys think i should start xenadrine week 8.
Is this ok to take with the nolva, deca, and sust or is it pointless?

Nolva is primarily used for gyno....get armidex or liquidex to loose water.

To loose the gut......diet, clen / eca and winny if you wish to harden up.

Even throw in Yohimburn for those hard to burn places.
All over the counter drugs are appetite supressant's.....use them for that not burning.

should you wait a while before starting a clen, winny cycle or should you go into it right after a bulking cycle like that? because im worried about the same thing i dont want to be all fat in july after this cycle. so if u can do a winny clen cycle what should the waiting time frame be approx? thanks

Bigboy-

You should never start cutting right after a bulk cycle. Your body needs time to adjust to it's new weight so the sooner you begin cutting the more chance that you're gonna burn off some of those new gains. Also your cycle isn't really over at 8 weeks. You're using a long acting test that will take 3 weeks to completely leave your system. You should continue to eat and train during these 3 weeks exactly as you have been the entire cycle. Just think of it as an 11 week cycle.

The only way to go right into a true diet cycle after this bulk cycle is to use AS to retain muscle, but your body needs a break after this one. I'd suggest going back to maintenance calories starting on week 12 and let your body adjust to it's new weight. Remember your maintenance will be higher now due to your increased muscle mass. After a couple weeks and your body has a chance to reach homeostasis you could begin a mild diet. Don't drop calories too low too fast or that muscle will go bye-bye real fast. Start at 300 cals below your new maintenance and go from there.

Fact is you shouldn't bulk this late in the spring if you're worried about being fat for summer. Gaining some fat is part of bulking and you can't just go cutting the instant your bulk cycle is over if you plan on keeping that hard earned muscle. The only way to do it without losing muscle is to use AS but then you're not giving your body it's long deserved break and once you finally do come off you have an even greater chance of losing gains due to the long term HPTA suppression.
 
The best way to cut yourself up after a bulking cycle is to take a Mach 3 razor and just start shaving your whole body as hard as you can with no shaving cream. Or hire a dozen freaks and hand them each a razor blade to let the cutting process begin. But I think Ill stop right there.

I pretty much agree with what Vageta said. No need to drop calories too low right away (for various of reasons, which a few were explained above). Just drop your calories by 200-300 below maintenance and see how much fat loss vs. muscle loss you are losing. The goal is to achieve much fat loss without hardly losing any muscle tissue (although you will see a drop in Lean body mass, but that happens when you drop carbs which of course drops water). If in your first week you don't see any loss in fat tissue, then it's time to drop calories OR (I didn't say "and") do cardio to burn up more calories.

Don't throw out your guns either when you start dieting. The goal is to to save EC stacks/DNP/cardio..etc when it becomes a bitch to lose bodyfat below your setpoint level (then that is a whole other discussion which I dont feel like getting into, perhaps Vageta can take over from there)
