Cutting stages

I just started my cutting this week. The reason i am starting so early (for spring) is because i have a lot to cut but dont want to lose any muscle. There are a couple of questions i need to ask.

1. Is it true that body builder that get ready for shows can cut like 40 pounds of fat in a month in a half? if so how can do that??

2. Dont wanna lose any muscle. So do i just stay at the weights or do i still go heavier??

3. Which kind of hiit program is the best during the cut process and the best cardio equipment to use?


- And any other tips that you might can think of will def be apreciated
 
I am currently doing the same thing for the summer. I would suggest to lift in the 6-10 rep range to keep strength/size. I walk on a treadmill every morning, but this is not possible for everyone. I like walking because it does not destroy leg mass. Basically, I lift the same, but I started to do cardio and watch my macros. Best of luck. :bigbuck:
 
the pros do it with drugs. if your clean, cut cals, do cardio, and life the same as you are now. its ok to increase weight when cutting. remember, the more muscle u have to fuel, the more fat yer body burns when you are cutting fat.

well im gonna try to help me out with enphedra ...... is it anything else i can mix with it to help me even more????
