Point being, quit using retarded examples. The statement you made was "bad fat will make you fat". This is false, and I just gave an example to prove it. Of course, eating 500g of fat every day is a bad idea; no one ever suggested that though.
And to both you and will b huge, the example diets you have provided are fine. However it would be a lot better if you presented them as "here is something that I have found to work for me" or "here is an example of how one could approach fat loss". Don't make absolute statements like "you have to do this" or "bad fat will lead to fat gain". I can guarantee you don't HAVE to follow that diet will b huge laid out to get ripped. You can, and I'm sure it will work, but you don't HAVE to.

Also, macronutrients AREN'T THE SAME----QUIT SAYING CALs are CALS----THERE NOT!!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW CARBS TRANSFER TO BLOOD GLUCOSE AND blood glucose rises which causes a large insulin release which will then be shuttled into your muscles (IF DIETING, EXERCISING, SUPPLEMENTING PROPERLY)---Keeping your body in an ANABOLIC STATE!!!!!
