Alright, I need to get with someone about my diet, work-out routine, and a possible fat burner to kick it into gear. I've been on a very clean diet with lots of cardio since I started my tren/test cycle, and I'm really not where I want to be. I'm still at about 10% bf, and can't seem to get it much lower. I'm willing to work my ass off (I have been already) so someone help me out. I don't have much experience with cutting. Feel free to post on here or pm me. K people!

Looks good to me. Personally I would substitute whole wheat pasta or more oats for the HW bread. Thats just me though. Bread (even whole wheat) is fairly high GI... I'm a big fan of fish oil as well. I'm curious what the diet gurus have to say.

Personally, I think if you're not naturally very lean (and thus wouldn't have much trouble getting into single digits) you've gotta carb/calorie cycle...especially if you're off right now.

Brown rice, instead of bread, also give me an idea of how much meat in these meals?

Lately I'd say at least 40 grams of protein per serving. I don't measure the oz., I usually just look at protein content.

Well I am having trouble staying below 10% so what do you recommend?

What about training guys?

Morning empty tank cardio for shure! Now way around that one. Start light and see how your body adapts. If you want faster results do more, you can also hit cardio after you lift so your stores are properly depleted first, start light here as well. Get 2 times protein as body weight. Play with the carbs, keep them nonexistant around bedtime for sure.
