oh yeah, 5'10 185lb, 12% bf. goals are to lean up and get stronger.
I don't care how much I weigh, just want to break below 10%bf or right at it and maintain muscle mass. Last time I cut down to 165lb I lost too much musle mass. Just wondering if anyone has bulked on the front end of this cycle then cut down. My diet and cardio is in check. (I think I might be doing too much cardio) currently eating around 3300 cals, 40, 30, 30
