Was wondering if anyone's tried it and if it is really worth a crap?

Unless you're at 7% trying to look like 5% for a show or something, it's useless. All it does is remove some water from the skin and create the illusion that you're leaner than you are. As far as getting rid of fat, it's useless.

You might look into Yohimburn however. There seems to be some good results with that.

ROFL, yes I know, I do that and it works mostly but I still never ever can seem to rid myself of my gut, there's always that bit of pudge covering my muscle.
