cutting for specific areas????????

I am soon to be cutting down for summer and want to just lose fat and obviously not muscle... I have tried clenbuterol and ephedrine before and am going to use it again this time. The problem is however that i also lost a lot of weight in my face whcih made it look skinny, is there anyway of losing fat from your body but maintaining a full face?
Also does anybody else have this problem?
