Cutting Fat and Gaining Lean Muscle cycle

Hey whats goin on guys, im new to your forum and im looking for a little help planning out my first cycle. Ive been planning on running a 8 week Clen/Winstrol cycle to help shred me up before summer but im not set in stone on it.

First things first this is gonna be my first cycle im 21 years old 5'11 212lbs not to sure of bodyfat.
Been training on and off for the last 7 years, most recently its been about a year or dedicated training atleast 5 days a week. Im not really one for calorie counting or focusing to hard on dieting as my goals always been to bulking. But in the last 6 months as im seeing gains in muscle im seeing just as much growth around my stomach and i definately want it gone lol.

Im open to any advice on the cycles you guys think would be best suited to help me cut fat and gain lean mass. I have access to basicly all the steroids available so any cycle you guys can suggest i can most likely make happen. I do have TnT(Test E/Tren E 250/150 mix) on hand at my house so if theres any way to work that in that'd be great.

I added pictures about a month old pre workout andimmediately post workout no flex.

500 mgs test with a clean diet and cardio did wonders for me on my first cycle. Aromasin on hand for estrogen control. I put on 8 lbs. and dropped a couple % points bodyfat.
 
If your not going to look at diet then it will be hard to do much about belly fat and as you get older it will get worst
 
you're solid bro look alot better then some of the juicers on here I personally wouldn't use clen & winny together you'd probably get some horrible cramps on the combo since most people get severe ones running either or... clean up your diet and add 30 mins cardio everyday... just by doing that i dropped from 225-170 over the course of summer break in high school and have had abs ever since
 
thanks.. but like i said, im not set in stone on the winni/clen cycle just something alot of guys from my gym have suggested.. as for diet im open to any suggestions i just meant that its never been something i was into. But i know diet and cardio are the ways to lean out so if any of you guys can suggest a suitable diet that 'd be great.
As for the cycle quite a few people have suggest just stricly taking the TnT i have on hand, but i always hear tren is not the way to go for a first cycle so im not to sure about that.
But as for cycling in general its something im definately going to be doing in the near future, so im just really looking for some help to set me in the right direction to leaning out.

Would something like a Test P/Primo cycle be a better cycle for the goals ive set for myself, all and any advice is good advice.
 
Buy some helladrol and katanadrol, or beastrol and katanadrol. Youd be ripped.
I think mrsupps might still carry it.
 
as far as diet just eat clean no junk no dollar menu I still go to what a burgur but getta grilled chicken with no mayo mustard and jalepenos my fave right now :)

cardio I love stair stepper and eliptical I can burn 500 cals on both in under 30 mins
 
alright thanks bro.. so as far as supplements and clycles, do you agree with the Test Prop/Winni cycle ? or would you suggest something else ?
 
how long would you suggest running a cycle like that babushka ?
8 weeks is awesome
6 weeks is good
winny not only great for cutting its also lowers SHBG and frees up testosterone
plus libido is just great
get injectable winny
tabs is too toxic
 
The prop/winny would be a tough first cycle bro. Winny needs to be shot every day, might not be ready for ED objects first cycle. I'd run something like this for a first cycle:

Weeks 1-10 500 mg test e
Weeks 8-12 50 mg oral winny per day
 
prop and winny is perfect you look like you can handle some pain haha :evil:
 
^ ^ hahaha i would hope so, im a boxer. always helps to be that extra little bit intimidating lol. buts as for the test and winny cycle. 10 weeks or 12 ? and would a dose of say 600mg/wk of test weeks 1 - 10 (or 12) and winni taken at the usual 50mg/ed be good ?

winni to start the cycle or to finish it up ?
 
prop and winny all the way through 6 weeks minimum or 8 weeks is more then enough you'll probably won't see much gains past that

Fuck that 21 is fine. The guy's been training for 7 years... He's in good shape, he's ready.

Dude, Tren E/Test E is one of the best cutters! but harsh for a first timer...
I recommend Test E and Masteron E save that Tren for a later cycle else u might be disappointed with every other compound u use in future lol.

Test E 500mg 1- 12
Maste E 400 - 600mg 1- 12
Hcg 5 - 12 500iu

Clean up ur diet, train hard and after 12 weeks of Mast u'll have lost that bit of fat around ur gut and u'll be in great shape.
 
If its your first cycle Id just do test enth or cyp (I like cyp), 500mg/wk in your choice of one shots or two (two being better). Unless you know how much you like injecting yourself I wouldnt start off on prop, or run two compounds on a first cycle. There isnt a reason not to besides if you get sides, then you know what its from, and you know exactly how your body reacts to that particular stuff, instead of a particular interaction.

Just run ya a 10 week, 500mg/wk cycle, do a good PCT, and you'll be ok. You are at the VERY young side of what many people consider appropriate to start AAS, and too young in many other's books. If you really want to be as safe as possible, wait 3 or 4 years... but you sound pretty anxious to get on, so if your gonna do it... run pure test this first time. And make sure you learn all about it, for yourself, before you start. People in your gym might juice like crazy, but they dont neccessarily know shit about anything at all. Taking bad advice cause its easier to ask questions than to learn on your own will get you in a ton of trouble, so make sure your an expert before you start! A) You are definitely not getting fat and the "growth" around your stomach is just the result of genetics, diet and age. Diet is controllable, though the others are not
B) Don't use the TNT bro, like the guys said, tren is not for a first cycle
C) I wish someone had told me the same when I was younger...always MAXIMIZE GAINS on your first cycle. This means the first time is always the best, your body is new to AAS and will react very strongly to whatever "fuel" you give it. This means you'll want to make sure diet and training are spot-on, and the first cycle should be for mass-only in my opinion. The cutting can come towards the end, or through diet and cardio after. If you plan to gain lean mass AND shred at the same time, you will only waste the true potential of your gear for the first and second cycles.

I would do this:
Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg or Anavar 60mg
Week 1-12 Test enanthate 500mg
Aromasin or Arimidex on hand
Week 9-15 Clen (Winny can be added)

Don't worry about holding a little water, you'll want to opt for clean cals and protein straight through to week 8, and then if you decide to cut the fat you can use that clen.
