Cutting diet/training help

I'm 220 at about 14%. 6'1"

For training I'm going to be doing 5x5 intermediate Mon/Wed/Friday
Cardio 30 min elliptical Mon/Tues/Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat PWO if i lifted
AM Cardio 20-25 min elliptical Mon-Fri about 3-4 days a week.

Diet is what I'm really unsure about. I've usually done CKD in the past or just a moderate diet.

Lots of holes in my diet but please give suggestions.

Meal 1: 2 Whole eggs, 4 Egg Whites. 2 pieces Turkey Bacon 1 Low carb tortilla 6g net carbs

Meal 2: 8oz Turkey, 2 slice tomatoes, shredded lettuce, brown mustard, 1 piece 2% provolone. 1 low carb flatbread 8g netcarbs

Meal 3: 1 Apple. 2 tbsp SmartBalance PB

Meal 4: 10 oz chicken with ? (more low carb tortilla? something?

meal 5?


PWO shakes involve what exactly for cutting? someone please help. I'm bad at dieting
