Cutting Diet Starting August 19th lets review

Please Review:

6:30 - 10 egg Whites 1 tbsp of flax oil

7:00 - 1 hour aerobic exercise

8:00 - 60g protein shake

11:00 - 12oz. sole or roughy, side of broccoli

1:00 - 1 hour anaerobic exercise except Sundays

2:30 - 60g WPI, 30g dextrose shake

5:30 - 2 chicken breasts, side of asparagus

8:00 - 9oz. NY steak side of broccoli 3/4 cup steamed rice

9:00 - 1 hour aerobic exercise

11:00 - 10 egg whites
 
If you're going to have that rice, you should probably have it at the 11:00 a.m. meal. 3/4 of a cup of rice at 8 p.m. when your metabolism has slowed down is not conducive for optimal fat loss. The diet looks great otherwise. Good luck.
 
what the fuck do you want with your arobic exercises all day long.
2h is good to waste muscleprotein. try something like meltdown training. (go to www.t-mag.com and search for it - they're 2 articles by don alesie)

uhm, so basically you're dieting off on a shitload of protein, way too little fat and some carbs/fibres.
why not do straight a keto type diet? would surly work better than this approach.

well, best way to get into gluconeogenesis. better get in a mix of carbs and pros post w/o. but again, take a look into a CKD or so.

again, those hours of arobic exercise fuck down protein syntesis like nothing else. You'll lose a hel a lot of muscles this way.

1st off fuck head Melt down training works OK 2nd off Im Hypoglycemic so no carbs doesn't work for me. What the hell does "fuck down" mean anyway take some fuckihg English classes. 3rd off all Im already doing 45 minutes per of arobic exercise so I need to increase time and intensity to increase metabolic rate... BUT YOU ALREADY KNEW THAT...RIGHT??? Unfortuniatly for you I've been around long before Tim Patterson had even thought of Bio-test / T-mag.

Another thing I belive personally that it is only nessesary for you to take in carb and protien after anaerobic exercise where as aerobic exercise requires only protein.
 
Geez guys, relax.

21 inch arms- i think he misread your original plan and didnt see the second workout is weight-training (anaerobic) and not another hour long session of cardio.

The only differance i would make is bumping the rice up to your postworkout food meal w/ the chicken and asparagus. The carbs will be utilized for repair/growth more efficiently.

Yesterday I just was pissed of by everything, so sorry that I pissed u of b/c of my bad mood.

with fuck down I meant bring down or move down your protein syntesis.

yea, but to bring up your metabolic rate you'd better of bring up intensity and/or frequency in the anerobic training sessions. or instead of an additional hour of arobic, do an anerobic intervall/sprint training of a total duration of 30 mins or less.

I'm saying this 'cause I've been throught a hell a lot of arobic exercise trying to burn fat while living of protein and some carbs and barly any fat. result was equal amout of fat loss as muscle loss. Not to good. at the end my metabolic rate wus down in the bacement.

why do you believe u only need protein post arobic w/o?

a lot of it will be converted to glucose. so I think you'd be better of in giving yourself carbs with pros post w/o.
