I need help (with examples ) on a cutting diet I am 5'10 245 (not fat) dont know bf%, but want to lean out some before summer. I was gonna hit around 350g of protien daily. I also do cardio 5 days a week ( i play football) so I got that down pat. Also I think Im gonna run fina only for around 6-8 weeks and maybe throw in some winny but dont know if the funds will be there. I just need some ideas and examples of a diet (and foods) that I can use to help desipate my appetite. Any ideas for like a day rountine are appreciated(when to take my protien shakes and things)I really need some help on this so thanks for all who respond! I know I may be being a little bitch about all this but I get really discouraged about dieting and knowing that it is harshly important in this sport. I was just needing some help and ideas that I might be able to incorporate to make it easier and get results before summer so I dont have to spend another summer with my shirt on. Thanks bros!!
