cutting diet info...PLEASE HELP!!!1

I need help (with examples ) on a cutting diet I am 5'10 245 (not fat) dont know bf%, but want to lean out some before summer. I was gonna hit around 350g of protien daily. I also do cardio 5 days a week ( i play football) so I got that down pat. Also I think Im gonna run fina only for around 6-8 weeks and maybe throw in some winny but dont know if the funds will be there. I just need some ideas and examples of a diet (and foods) that I can use to help desipate my appetite. Any ideas for like a day rountine are appreciated(when to take my protien shakes and things)I really need some help on this so thanks for all who respond! I know I may be being a little bitch about all this but I get really discouraged about dieting and knowing that it is harshly important in this sport. I was just needing some help and ideas that I might be able to incorporate to make it easier and get results before summer so I dont have to spend another summer with my shirt on. Thanks bros!!
 
Use the search engine and look up animalbolics. Its the only diet that's ever worked on my beer gut and still allowed me to maintain muscle mass. If that doesn't work, I don't know what will.

Hey bro at least you're aware that diet and cardio is what gets you lean, you would be suprised how many people around here do not understand this.....,I really can't set up a diet for you because I'm not real sure on what your maintenace caloric intake is and What your BMR is like....But some suggestions for high quality food are...CARBS-BrownRice, 100%wholewheat pasta,100% whloewheat bread, sweet potatoe,oats,etc....PROTEINS-a High quality Proteinpowder,Lean red meat,skinless chicken breast,whole eggs and egg whites,Tuna,etc...FATS-Flaxseedoil, Natural Peanutbutter,olive and safflower oils......I hope this helps some....If you would like to get more spsecific PM me with your stats and training schedule and I will see what I can come up with.....
