cutting diet help

hey guys, wondering everyones input on cutting diets? where do you sit your carbs protien fat?
on cycle at the mo (hella,stano200) and wondering where to sit my calories for most effective cut/recomp, currently am at 300g pro/200 carb/50-60 fat
wondering whether to drop the carbs more to help shift BF? looking for a recomp (cut down while holding the muscle ive got / gaining any if possible)
 
Here's my cutting diet.
50g oats with sliced banana and a proteinshake
300g fat-free greek yoghurt/cottage cheese with banana
200g chicken breast with 50g rice and 80g brocolli
Proteinshake (post workout)
200g chicken breast with 50g rice and 80g brocolli
50g casein shake or 6 eggwhite's
