Cutting Cycle Help

Hello everyone,

This is my first post on this board and would appreciate some help. With the information provided below, can someone help me form the best cycle possible. Thank you.


Stats:
230 lbs
6'1'
25% bodyfat
3 third cycle
Lifting for 6 years but unfortunately I let myself go the past year because of my career and have gained alot of fat.

Available:
Deca
Anavar
Primobolan Depot
Winny
Quantity availability is not a problem

Goals:
Lose as much bodyfat and keep as mush muscle as possible.

i think you need to get your diet in check to cut up before you start this cycle bro. whats your current diet look like?
you will need some form of test also
 
I absolutely agree. I now have the strength to follow a disciplined diet. 60/20/20, protein/fats/carbs. Please correct me if this diet is wrong.

agreed, and when your back on your A game then i would sat test, anavar, and winny.... or just test and winny... simple yet affective. IMO :)
 
the 'perfect' diet is different for everyone bro, if you know that diet will drop 10% BF of you well stick to it. post up your diet meal by meal
 
Wow, i haven't really planned out a meal by meal system. I'll go ahead and do that. So, i assume, you think it's silly to start the cycle with this much bodyfat?
 
Don't start a cycle until you lose a good portion of that bodyfat... the cycle will be "lost" under the fat.
 
cutting cycle is just a name
typically for fact acting near non aromatizing esters
it is all dependent on diet

i have friends who cut on TEST E AND DBOL alone cycles
id say 10-16% youre in the ball park for AAS
 
Sorry to insult everyone's intelligence here but people have told me that one can loss 10-15% bodyfat and gain 2-4 lbs of lean muscle with a mild cutting cycle using the above mentioned items (with a disiplined diet). Do I need to stop getting my info and help from such individuals?
 
you need to plan out a meal by meal diet to follow each day and stick to it. DIET IS THE KEY... aas wont work without the right foods
 
you guys are great, thanks for the help. Final verdict, hit the gym for a few weeks, eat right, lower the bodyfat to 10-15% then the sauce?
