Got some questions about my upcoming cutting cycle that I haven't been able to get straight answers on. I've researched a few boards and numerous web searches but have turned up with nil.
I am about 200lbs, somewhere in the range of 20-22% bf, and 5'11''. Been training for quite a while, had to lay off for a while because of severe work schedule. I'm sure some of you know that feeling. I'm looking to do another cycle sometime next year but I would like to lean out a lot before I go packing on the weight with a serious bulk cycle.
I have used clen before, as well as T3. Both of them were research products from AG. Got pretty good results from both. This was a while back as well. I'm looking to do another serious cutter with some more liquid clen, t3, and winny tabs.
Here's the major question that no one has answered yet, looking for actual experience if there is any. Is winny in the range of 25-50mg per day, with clen at around 120-140mcg per day, a clean and solid diet, enough to hold on to my muscle when running the T3 in the 100mcg/day range? I really don't want to have to run test just to keep from losing muscle. I would like to go with something a little weaker right now and save the test for my bulk come next year.
I have heard that T3 affects muscle less if the person has a higher bodyfat %. That it will favor whatever there is more of, so that alone should help in this case. The clen is somewhat anti-catabolic so that can help the muscle loss, and hopefully the added winny tabs can help as well.
