Cutting Cycle Help!!!

Hi everyone,

I've just ordered my second cycle ever from myanabol.com. It's supposedly a lean stack including:

test prop
nandrolon
mast

and Nolvadex and clomid.

I need some advice as to how much, often, and when i should take these. Like I said it's only my second cycle and I had an experienced friend help me with the last one. What advice can you give?
