Cutting cycle, diet, training advice

I've finally returned to the iron after being away for 8 months. I've been lifting for 12 years, and I am very well-versed in bulking cycles, training, and diet. During my leave I lost quite a bit of LBM and put on some fat. I have been back in the gym for 1 month. I have less experience with cutting, and I need some advice:

I'm 6', 248, ~19% BF

Diet - My current caloric maintenance level is around 3,300 calories per day. I'm currently consuming 2,700 per day with the following break down - 50% protein (330 grams), 30% carbs (200 grams), and 20% fat (60 grams). Protein sources are chicken, tuna, whey, 4% lean beef. My carbs come from steamed rice, whole grain bread, and trace carbs from other foods.

Cycle - I'm looking to preserve LBM while cutting. I recently started a very mild cycle of anavar/enanthate, and plan to use winny at the end. Here's what it looks like:

weeks 1-16: test enanthate 125mg/week
weeks 1-6: anavar 30mg/day
weeks 12-16: winny 50mg/eod

I'm just looking to preserve LBM while I lose fat and return to my former cardiovascular condition.

Training - I'm lifting 6 days per week, hitting each body part twice per week:

days 1,5 - chest, tri's, abs
days 2,6 - back, bi's
days 3,7 - shoulders, legs, abs
day 4 - off

I'm doing high intensity cardio 5 mornings per week (prior to eating) for 45 minutes.....and another 45 minutes 5 nights per week.

My end goal in 16 weeks is 220 at ~7%.

Any suggestions?

Your suggestions raised a few more questions. Because my body fat levels are elevated, should I use femera instead of liquidex? I've heard that it's a bit stronger and is more beneficial for those holding more stored fat.

I've read a lot about t-rex and l-rex. How would the effectiveness of this stack compare to the use of clen in my cycle?
 
im def runnin t-rex/lipo when i get the funds no doubt about it. also i will use liquidex .5 ed. i have tried clen, xeandrine, clenbutrx, nyc... out of all those the nyc and clenbutrx rocked
 
If you really want to work on losing bodyfat while you're on this one - I'd recalculate and lower the carbs and increase fat intake ( like less than 80-90 carbs daily )... That's just me though.. I know a lot of people will say that you need the carbs for strength and to build more muscle, but I've found that my body does better with higher fat intake and less carbs - for gaining lean muscle and losing some bf..

I think you're right on track dude... but the only suggestion I would have is.. don't get TOO strict with yourself. You definitely have this all planned out to a T, and it looks great! Just make sure you don't burn yourself out and end up quitting half way through. Plan a cheat meal or two each week. Something to look forward too. Make short-term attainable goals. And one more piece of advice... ignore the scale. You're "on" right now, so your weight may rise initially.. don't freak out. Go by how you look, feel, and how your clothes fit. Git it on it!
 
Advice

Follow a 6-day low-carb followed by a 1 to 1-1/2 day carb up. Try some Clen and ECA (Clenbutrx is the shit). If you got the extra funds, hit up Swole Cat for a program.

Wait.. don't throw more compounds into the mix. He doesn't need clen at this point! He has his diet and training, and even a cycle all lined up. Don't worry about thermos right now. With a strict diet, and your gear you'll be using.. you'll be tight as nails in no time!
