Cutting Cycle! Critique Please...

Well, my dreams of Test 1 gram/ EQ 1 gram/ Dbol/ HGH are in the gutter...for now.

I was planning on using this winter to bulk up to a very nice size. But theres been a lot of heat on me lately with family and suspects in the work-place. So much that everyone believes I am a steroid-abuser and a junkie and that I'm going to die of steroid use. This may sound crazy to some of you, but the media has twisted AAS into the most evil and destructive drug known to mankind. And people believe it.

With that said, I can't really put on any more extra size. If I do, I'm going to get in deep shit with the family.

My goal then is to cut. Since winter-time I'll be wearing long sleeves all season long, I figure I can get away with a cut cycle and the only one who will know I'm using is my girlfriend.

Weeks 1-12: Test E 300mg E/W
Weeks 1-12: EQ 600mg E/W
Weeks 8-14: Anavar 60mg E/W (will bump up if needed, but I doubt it)

I am hoping with this type of cycle and a calorie deficit, I'll be able to increase my definition, shed bodyfat and regain my sexy look (for my girl), and keep my muscle mass without gaining much size so that nobody can tell I'm on anything. Diet will be Protein: 350grams, Carbs: under 200grams, Fats: low as possible. No cheating except occassional holiday or such. I will also use some Clen and ECA throughout the cycle when needed. Will have Nolvadex on hand. I think I will use HCG 2x a week starting in the 3rd week. Will have Clomid/Nolva/HCG for PCT. Also have OTC PCT stuff from Needto.

Then in the summer time, I can maybe do a lean bulk while keeping bodyfat in single digits and putting on some lbs of muscle using Test/Tren or whatever.

What do you guys think? My libido hasn't been too great lately so should the 300mg of Test be enough to keep my cawk rock hard or should I up it to 450mg? Is this cycle good or should I maybe use a different compound for these goals? I'm looking for low side affects and muscle sparing while cutting. Also looking for least amount of pinning.

I would up the test, lower the EQ and add an AI like arimidex. :)

Yeah maybe Test 450mg and EQ 400mg might be better. I was only thinking the higher EQ because the more Test I use, the bigger I get. Do you think Arimidex at .5mg E3D is sufficient to block gyno and bloat?

I'll settle for 210-215 shredded at 6-7% bodyfat though.

I think I'll be starting today so I'll probably make a log.

My opinion...

-Up the test to at least 500-750mg, EQ is fine.
-Up the anavar (if you can afford it) to 80-100mg a day (works like tren without the sides).
-Clen is awful for your heart, ECA will work better along with T3.
-Drop your carbs and increase you EFA'S. 1 carb up day a week, you will drop bf FAST.
-PCT needs a little help.
 
The Test dosage is fine. Actually, I think 250-300mg is PERFECT for a cutter. Any more and you will start to bloat a bit. With a dosage that low, I don't see any estrogen related sides and I maintain my muscle mass. At 250-300mg it WILL still increase your libido.

Honestly dude, I think the cycle looks great. HOWEVER, from experience, I would up the Var to 80mg/day. Trust me, 60mg/day isn't much...
 
One more thing - what bf% will you be trying to start at?

If you're hovering around 10-11%, you don't need Clen. You also don't WANT Clen if you don't need it.

Throw in HIIT training @ 3 times a week and the fat will melt off.

You can get to 5 by manipulating your sodium and water intake IF you're a true 7%. A keto diet and a massive carb up will fill you out.

If you're still dropping body fat without Clen, then no, you don't need it. If you're not dropping bf or are struggling to drop it at the rate you want, then look at your diet/cardio first. You may be able to make alterations there to help you out.

If you simply don't think you can drop the body fat in time, then I would look at Clen.

People over-complicate things and think they need to increase their doses/add new compounds in at certain points. If you are seeing results, then why change?

Personally, I never use Clen. I think you can achieve your goals without it if you plan correctly.

I just can't use too much or I'll grow too much and bloat up also, giving the impression that I'm getting huge even if I'm on a calorie restricted diet. The reason I was figuring to keep the EQ higher than the Test is because EQ seems to make me more vascular and striated/defined while Test, even at doses of 500mg EW will make me get much bigger looking and

I love Anavar and had decent results at 60mg ED but I think my receptors aren't as fresh as they were back then so I'll up it to 80mg as you suggest to make the hardening and defining looks of Var more visible.

Remember, I can't get much more mass (unfortunately...I want to GROW but can't) so I can shed bodyfat while maintaining muscle (if I gain a tiny bit of mass it's ok).

I am at around 10% bodyfat now. I started using ECA right after thanksgiving and I dropped my carbs and sodium low and my body reacted instantly by shedding water weight and fat. I can now visibly see the 6 pack, just need to lose a bit more fat on the lower ab region and love handles.

Clen does make me feel sick, but I am willing to use it if it will help. I may just use it for 2 weeks in the middle of the cycle for a metabolism boost. I love ECA and it works great for me. I've also been using Yohimbine lately with the ECA stack as well which I think might help. It definitely helps with appetite suppression which will be good considering the EQ hunger effects.

Are you talking about making changes to dry out and cut water weight, or something more sustainable?

Seriously dude, with the right diet and cardio you can achieve that in 6-8 weeks easily.

You're probably right bro. I've gotten to 7% with just ECA, 20 mins cardio EOD, and 250 grams of carbs a day. I'm sure if I do the same but cut the carbs more I can get there. Thanks man.

The manipulation of fluids and sodium will remove almost all water under the skin IF it's done correctly.

Here's a quick intro (PM me for other details):

-Go keto with 0g carbs a day for 5 days.
-Drink 2.5 to 3 gallons of water a day.
-Begin a gradual carb up 5-6 meals at 50-75g per meal.
-Use fruits as your carb source for one of your first two meals.
-Stop ALL water intake at 4-5pm. Simple carb meal at night (pancakes and syrup).
-Take 3 dieretics when stopping water and 3 before bed.
-Epson salt bath.
-With this meal take in 2 TBSP. glycerine.

It would take days to type it all in but it can be done IF you know what you're doing.

Yep sounds like a contest prep. I was hoping you were talking about something a bit more manageable and sustainable :)

I'm Doing Lyle McDonald's Stubborn Fat loss cardio protocols right now combined with a carbcycling approach. Diet is very very tight!
I also use caffine yohimbe and L-Tyrosine pre cardio to free up the fatty acids too. My workouts are very Fast all stopwatched timed, and very heavy. So very Metabolic. I'm seeing great results with it, but have a feeling I might plateau before the 5%

Lyle Mcdonald knows WTF he's talking about, smart move on your part.

HIIT will break a plateau.
 
You can also drink green tea to burn off that stubborn fat ,after all is said and done you will actually look bigger if you've done your homework.

Yes, very true my friend. When you start to lean up, you might actually look bigger because of all the muscle definition, plus your waist will shrink giving you more of a V-taper.

But with clothes on, you might look smaller. This is the look I'm going for.


Ok, so I started the cycle yesterday.
I was able to obtain 2 vials of Omnadren250 from my buddy who gave it to me because he didn't want it. I also had 2cc's of Test E left over from an old cycle.

So I shot 250mg Sustanon and 500mg Test E and 600mg EQ. I'll use the other Sustanon vial in 3 days and I'll keep the Test E at 300mg EW going foward and the EQ at the 600mg's. I am tempted to start the Anavar now but I'm not sure if it's overkill or not. Plus the lipids may get out of wack if running Anavar for so long.

I also got the HCG that I've been waiting for. Took a 250iu shot and a day later I feel like superman. Probably in my head but I think it's the stuff. My 2 boys seem to be happy as well lol.
