I am in the same boat as you man. I am not exactly "cutting," but looking to maintain low levels of bodyfat. For me personally, I can't have bread products in the house, they are my trigger food, so I don't buy them. Plus, they don't provide me any satiety. Breads are always so processed, and will spike insulin levels pretty good too. As far as dairy, I only will have some non fat cottage cheese every now and then. But I use soy products otherwise to rid myself of lactose. Good luck, I think it could benefit you.
