Cutting bread and dairy

I'm not cutting right now, but i'm going to cut bread and dairy of my diet.

any thoughts on this?
 
I am in the same boat as you man. I am not exactly "cutting," but looking to maintain low levels of bodyfat. For me personally, I can't have bread products in the house, they are my trigger food, so I don't buy them. Plus, they don't provide me any satiety. Breads are always so processed, and will spike insulin levels pretty good too. As far as dairy, I only will have some non fat cottage cheese every now and then. But I use soy products otherwise to rid myself of lactose. Good luck, I think it could benefit you.

I don't like dairy because it gives me a gut, even if i get the lactose free milk. I get no problems with cheese though

If you get bread make sure it's whole wheat bread, with no yeast, and no sugar.
