Hi Guys,
I am 29 yrs, 6'2", 203 pounds. BF is about 17%.
I am presently on an 8 week cycle (my first) of Deca 300mg / Sust 375mg. I will be having my second last shot on Thursday. I am going to give it 9-10 weeks, then I'm going to go onto another bulking cycle (dbol 25mg / Deca 400mg / Sust 500mg) as I want to get up to about 230 pounds, then reduce this to about 220 and be around 13% BF.
What I wanted to know is how long after my last shot should I start to reduce my calories, and by how much, so that I can lose a little BF before the next bulking session?
Also, I am training each bodypart 1,5 times per week with no cardio. How should I change this routine for a few weeks of cutting before 2nd cycle i.e. how much cardio? How long? etc.
