Cutting and post cycle recovery?

I am going to be finishing up my 1st cycle here in about 4 wks. I am interested in keeping as many gains as possible. I am currently using 300mg of TT Test Cyp. and will be ending this in two weeks for a total of 10wks. For the last 2-3 wks I will be using IP prop to keep my test levels high. The total cycle will last for about 12wks. Would you guys recommend using HCG. If so how sould I use it? I will be starting a cycle of Creatin on week 10. I was told that clen was also good post cycle. I am also planning on using clen, eca, and nyc. I'm planning on rotating these for two weeks each. I will be buying enough clen to last 8wks, which is actually 4 wks worth. How would you guys recommend changing between bulking and cutting without loosing my cycle gains? Diet tips and suppliment tips are welcomed!

Oh yeah! I live at home with mom and can't keep HCG in fridge. I may be able to hide in work fridge. Any suggestions?
