*Cutting and Peanut Butter*

Whats good fellas.

Quick question. I'm at 175lbs and 10% bf.

I usually have 1-2 tbsp of all natural peanut butter during the day. 1 in a whey shake and 1 with cottage cheese before bed. It fits my macros for the day, just wondering if i should cut out 1 serving of it and add something else. 2 tbsp's a day shouldn't do much damage, right?

Gracias amigos

That's all good man If it fits your macros, I mean your could change out a serving for an equal amount of fish oil, or olive oil

I have been known to eat well over 6 tbsp per day and cut its all about macros and calories in vs calories out basically, how you manage your macros will help determine the amount of muscle vs fat you eat while cutting..but 2 tbsp PB won't kill your cut... So long as you are under maintenance

This is good to know because while dieting the peanutbutter is what helps me deal with the lack of certain foods.

Just remember if you stay under maintenance and are hitting your protein goals, you will lose less muscle more fat, I am a PB eating machine it can be quite sickening to watch my girl is like wtf is wrong with you as I spoon tbsp after tbsp into my mouth. A jar a week haha

Why is it that peanut butter causes a person to suppress their hunger?

Last night at work I snacked on a couple handfulls of unsalted roasted peanuts and ended up not being hungry the rest of the night. Worked great on appetite suppressing even though I wasn't trying to.

skippy natural super chunk >>>>

theres a reduced fat super chunk thats equally delicious if ur anti-fat.

the superchunk makes it easier to eat because u can actually chew it and crunch on something, haha. i prefer it.

I'm bulking but I use peanut butter as one of my main source of fats. You can't be anti fats and expect to maintain your testosterone levels, or not have joint pain

Upon reading this thread, I actually checked Skippy to check the nutrition facts and it has 190 calories with 7 g of protein only. I was just wondering how can it help to lose weight?

The natural PB has lower sodium, less additives, etc. Some healthy fats also which help encourage fat loss.....but you can't sit there and eat a whole jar. Nuts like raw almonds are better but its a close substitute.

Upon studying these lines, I actually examined Skippy to examine the nourishment information and it has 190 calorie consumption with 7 g of aminoacids only. I was just thinking how can it help to get rid of weight?

One at whole foods made with coconut oil. It's amazing and 100% natural. I think it's called Earth Balance

That stuff is my crack, I was scared after I discovered it as it is so good. I have to limit myself or take down the whole jar. It has a gram or two more of fat vs their reg pb but I'm cuckoo for coconuts, heh.

I'm in the same boat bro! I don't mind the fat but thefact that natural peanut butter has 2 g less protein per serving sucks. Try this on whole grain cinnamon raisin bread. Not sure if whole foods has this.

I've been eating PB2 powdered peanut butter for a while after my favorite natural PB maker went out of business.

PB2 is definitely different. It does taste a bit different. Probably due to the lack of fat.

I ordered mine direct from http://www.bellplantation.com/ but I've seen it elsewhere.

Don't know if it has the numbers you want, but thought I'd throw it out there...

Kremers 100% all natural peanut butter is the bomb , the only ingredients is peanuts . They also make almond and cashew butter as well, 100% natural
