cuttin for summer

so after a few months of smashin the weights in a cold dark gym and smashin as much food down my throat as possible, i have put on 6 kgs of muscle. However, summer is upon us [here in australia anyway] and it's getten time to shred this frame of mine to ribbons. I'm cuttin the weights back to 3 times a week and steppin up the cardio to 5 times a week [mostly cycling, running and swimming]. What i need is some advice on how to modify my diet. I am 6ft and 87kgs. what sort of ratio protien/fats/carbs and how much of each?

Personally, a 20/40/40 ratio has always worked for me. The only difference is the number of calories I take in. Sometimes I'll do a CKD with 20/30/50 on 2 days. Basically, you have to experiment and see what works for you without starving.
 
eat the EFA's, up your protein and lower carbs ( i know i know but it works), try to avoid shitty food. run in the AM before you eat. protein should be 60 percent of your cals. fat 20 and carbs 20. remember,
eat big
