Normally I know how to cut-up and such, but this time I am having a little trouble deciding. I am on a pro-hormone cycle right now, and have tapered my cals down to about 3500, from 5000. What would you reccomend in doing to preserve all/most of my lean mass while cutting for summer. I am 220@16percent, would love to be at 7-8 percent by June 1st if possible. And I am dead set on keeping as much of my LBM as possible, as I cant afford to lose any muscle. I also have a bottle of superone+ leftover as I cut the PH cycle short due to my porkiness, I had a very succesful bulking cycle, putting on about 20lbs of LBM, but I also put on about as much fat I was thinking about eating around 3000 cals at 40-40-20 P/F/C, and doing High intensity cardio 4-5 times a week with lifting 3 times, and a couple of hockey games for good measure. Overtraining? or will I be doing good and making the caloric difference up with activity? Any suggestions?
