Cutler's Split

Jay "Big Beff" Cutler Total Body Blast -"Muscular Development" Feb 2002. Hope this is helps.
Day 1- incline bench press, standing cable crossover, standing barbell curls, seatd conentration curls, seated alternate dumbell curls, cable press downs
Day 2- off
Day 3- Leg press, Lying leg curls, Leg extensions, Seated and standing calf rasies, One arm dumbell rows,
Day 4- Off
Day 5 - Lying crunch, Side lateral raises, Seated dumbell press, Shrugs
Day 6- Off

His tricep workout consists soley of "pushdowns"? :confused:

And his back workout is a few dumbell rows? :confused:

I seriously think these guys just make this shit up.
