Pretty random one today.
I warmed up, deadlifted 495 once sumo, once conventional
rbrown did it 12 times
I then cleaned 225 a couple times, jerked it once after the clean
we then screwed around with grip things, i unsuccessfully tried pinch cleaning two 25 plates.
rbrown clean and pressed them.
then we decided to do some front squats, i maxed at 315, missed 335
rbrown hit a submax at 405.
i skipped core work to go to the movies, matrix sucked.
