Tonight had a good workout; not too much volume.

power snatches - about 5 sets using 155 to 205 lbs

overhead presses - about 3 sets of 3; rather light; up to 205

stones

Linder got a 324 stone to a 36 inch barrel and a 285 to a 48 inch platform

I got our 393 stone to the 48" platform. I then did a fast load series of a 332 stone, a 324 stone and another 332 stone, all to the 48" platform.

we then fixed one of our platforms from when Linder decided to destroy it with the 285 stone last weekend.

Thanks everyone.

I dont know whether to be more impressed with brown getting the 393 to 48.... or the 3 320 + stones in 11 seconds... hes not bad at the stones
