cut and bulk on same cycle

I'm gonna start my 2nd cycle in 2 months or so. Either sustanon and primo or sus and eq, haven't decided yet so views on this would be appreciated. I'm looking for some solid quality gains and heard that primo is good when stacked with sus, but a few on this board said go with eq. Help please:confused:

Secondly as I'll be cycling for 10 weeks, maybe 8 haven't fully decided on this yet either. The cycle will run into summer so this is my question:
Can I eat like a mo fo for the first 5 weeks say, and try to put on as much lbm as poss, say for example 10lbs. Then could I utilise the cycle as a cutting one and start doing extra cv, and watching my calories for the remaining 4 or 5 weeks. I want to be cut for the summer yet also slightly bigger but can't really afford to cycles, plus I'm a newbie. I know that dieting after a cycle is a big mistake so I'm confused. So, is this a viable option, or is it just crazy talk. :fro:

I think you should make a choice.. :worried:
You can't get shredded and bigger at the same time. Yes you may loose a little BF, but you wont be cut (although i don't know what your stats are).
When you add a little T3 (12.5mg ed) you can burn a some BF. If you also add some clenbuterol you may burn some more.
Don't mess with the calories. When you're going to run Sust. you have to eat allot, otherwise you won't be able to put on some mass. But eat clean though.. That way you'll keep the fat away. Not to much carbs in the evening, watch te fat(only the good ones), and eat lots of protein.

Cheers mr.holland. I know that I can't really get cut but my stats are, I'm 22, 5'11'', 180lbs with 10-11% bf. I can see my abs when I stretch the skin over them quite clearly so think I'd only need to lose a little fat to have them making guest appearances in the summer. I just thought it'd be best doing cv and little calories whilst on juice to keep the mass.

ps any suggestions on primo or eq?
 
It can be done. I would bulk for 7 and cut for 3. Add in some clen those final 3 weeks and reduce cals during this time. Immediately post cycle you will need to raise cals back up or you will lose your mass though. Also, go with the eq. Cheaper and easier to find legit product.
 
Yes, i would take Eq and if you have the mony add a little winny.
Eq and Winny hardens you up big time!!
That will give you a more cut look...

Still think you should not mess with the calories...
make sure you eat enough, but eat clean!!
Add some T3. 12,5mg ed is a very low dose, so you don't have to worry that it fucks you up. And it can burn the extra BF... and it is very cheap,so...

I know it tends to be a personal thing, but which is better clen or t3. Also does either make any difference to post cycle, i.e. if I were to run clen at the end 2 weeks over the end of cycle, would I need to change clomid start date or just still leave it 3 weeks from last sus shot?
 
I Think T3 burns more calories...
But it doen's have the great advantages Clen has..
T3 only burns calories, Clen is also ant-katabolic, so it will prevend losing muscle. Combine the two and you loose even a bigger amount of fat.
I would go for the T3 during cycle, cause it burns more than Clen. And with the low dose i recommended you, you won't lose any musclemass. T3 also has a synergenic effect with steroids.

Post cycle Clen is the favorite, because of the ant-katabolic characteristics. Don't mind the Clomid. Clen is not a hormone so it will not interfear (dont know if i write word this correct, hope you understand) with the Clomid and the test-levels it will raise.

Can anyone else shed some light on whether splitting a cycle like this will work given my stats. Cheers.
 
personaly this is what i like to do before my upcomming cyclein about amonth. i have been of the juice for about 8 months still pretty big but i want to get cut for the summer. so iam dieting down for about two months (not worrying in i lose a bit of muscle) trying to drop 20-30 pounds.

I will then start my cycle for 10 wks trying to put on 20 pounds of solid musscle. since i am a bigger guy i try to bulk for the first 3-4 wks and then cut for the last 6-7. i know perssonaly people say that you need to split them but i get burned out very easy when i bulk and start looking at myself in the mirror and saying man you are abloated fat ass. so then i cut and i look at myself in the mirror and say man you are a small tiny dweeb.

I don't know what is wrong with me but i switched it up and i usualy put on 15-20 pounds per cycle and keep around 10-15.

Confucious say "Man who chases two rabbits catches neither". Make a choice bro. IMHO it would be possible to bulk for part of it and then cut. But I would rather put my time, energy, and mental focus on ONE thing. I think you would be happy with choosing one thing and going full blast at it.
