Customs tracking Question - Tell me this isnt bad!!

When an item is being processed through customs and the online tracking results read:

Your item is being processed by United States Customs. No further information is available for this item.

Does it mean what I think it does? Especially if it is a few days late?

Not necessarly. From what I know, they dont open every single package but rather some randomly or those which look suspicious. BTW it's Easter so that's why it take some time.

yeah, if customs opened every single package that came into the country... well... needless to say. They limit themselves to the more suspicious and larger packages... smaller ones, typically don't come across as a threat... of course, I'm sure they have some random testings... but even so... it would take many people to open even a few packages a day.

I know why .let me explain it.coz I did meet such problem before. it's should happened in san fransico customs. they always do it like this way .and I have confidence package will be released some day .but the content maybe confiscated. or bounce to sender directly .only in this case. the content is safe. refuse all the delivery attempts .
dont know who is the source. they are lack of experience.
