Customs Complications

If a source requires international shipment to Canada, is there a preferable time of year to have it shipped to minimize the chance of siesure by customs? ie: Christmas when lots of packages are being shipped? As well, should a small shipment be seized at the Canadian border, would I face any sort of legal matters? If yes is there any means of masking my identity on the order while still being able to recieve it?

I am having gear shipped to one of my other addresses, which is in Canada. I will be mailing it soon. Most sources have a success rate of about 80% for Canada. You should be fine.

If the package gets seized, well, you are in a whole new ballpark. Get a fake ID, get another mailbox, and then ship it to there.
