Customs and seizures question?

Two questions,
1. What happens to all of the juice that they seize? Is it destroyed?
2. I usually get all my stuff domestic, but I was going to place a international order for just proviron, and clen. What is the status of these 2 when it comes to customs, are they contolled? The only reason I ask is b/c i've read a decent number of threads where customs seized some of a order, but let other things go.

Why would Clen "definitely get seized"?

Its an unapproved drug. Years ago friends ordered from the Meditterranean area and it was let thru-the tabs were loose and it had the box them too.
Its hard to tell and times can,and do change.
