Hey guys.
Just wondering if you could help me out here.
This question is more suited for the supplement board but I wanted the answers to come from the more hardcore trainers rather than from someone who is just looking for a weight gainer (no offense). The reason I am asking is that I am in the process of trying to put something together for the near future and I want to see what the current trends are on this board.
So, if you could overlook price, what supplements would you definitely include in your daily intake. If it is a protein, then list it as either a CFM Whey, Ion-exchanged Whey, Whey Isolate, Whey Concentrate, Casein, etc. rather than by brand name. If it is a creatine supplement then list it is either monohydrate, pyruvate, malate, ethyl ester, etc., rather than by brand name. I think you get the idea now. Whatever you feel would be of benefit to your current training program, please put it down. You don't have to explain your reasons.
Thanks guys. I really appreciate your help and input on this.
