Current cycle. suggestions? LONG, not for the faint hearated!

5'11-6'ish 200lbs 11ish% BF
Cycle History - have had a few under my belt.
Training over 3 years
Measurements:
I know these are pretty shitt measurements across the board. I crashed hard big time last cycle and even though my weight is only a few lbs less than it was before i hit PCT my measurements were much much better. Just to give you an idea my arms were no less than 17 1/2 and I was at higher bodyweight and slightly lower BF.
I had a lot of shit goin down beyond my control during PCT. I'm the first to say fuck excuses, but sometimes things beyond our control can happen to th best of us. I had a shitty PCT, got blood tests done a few weeks afterwards and my test levels were that of a 60 year old man.
I've been off for close to 3 months now. felt more recovered lately so decided what the hell, have a knowledgeable buddy who's "guranateeing" my levels will be back to normal after PCT following his protocol (he's an endo genius). Regardless, I'm taking responsibity for what happens. But i'm curious and want to the guinea pig.

weeks 1-7.5 150mg npp (nandralone phenyl proprionate) EOD

20mg nolva/50mg proviron ED throuhgout
HCG 500iu E4th day until a week before my last shot

Tribulus/ZMA/creatine/ *maybe* Nitric Oxide
Nutrition
I'm trying to gain slowly but surely.
Carbs: 150-200 grams
whole wheat pastas,
sprouted grain wheat bread (from the organic store tastes like shit!),
various vegetables,
suprisingly 1% skim milk is pretty low on the GI index
I eat 6-7 meals a day and only eat low GI foods with my first 3 meals. PWO is the exception where I drink a drink with glucose.
Protein 300-350 grams of protein
50-70 grams of protein per meal.
Depends how many meals I can get spaced out through the day.
Protein sources:
egg whites (thank god for egg whites international!),
tuna,
chicken,
turkey,
96/4 lean ground beef,
occasionally some type of fish.
try to keep the more processed protein sources (powders and such) to a minimum, mainly for PWO, but sometimes eat a couple of stallone puddings between classes
Fat 75-90 grams
Olive oil
Flaxseed meal
Almonds
Natty PB - no sodium
fat from milk, some dairy products
fat from various meats
Training
My training routine is a rough guideline, I almost never have the same workout twice, althogh I'll alternative workouts that a stick to, to gauge improvments in weight increase.
Back
Deadlifts - various reps/weghts
One arm rows - 3-4/4X6
Wide grip lat pull down 2x6-8
Low cable row - 2x8
Trap shrugs - whatever I feel like, usualy 3 plates on eah side.
Shoulders/Tris
Shoulders
seated/standing db/bb vertical presses (just whatever I feel like it)
reverese flies 3x6-8
font lateral raises 1x6 1x8 1x10
Tris
Weighted Dips with belt 3x8
Tricep kick backs 3x6-8
one arm cable pull down 3x6-8
Legs/Calves
I have horrible knees and i'm doing my best to get throught he leg work outs, but it still may look a shitty from the outside.
Squats, no set/rep scheme, still workin on form (have had bad knees for a while!)
Leg presses 3x6-8
Leg curles 2x8
leg extenion 2x8
Calves
calve raises 1x12, 1x8, 1x6
Chest/Bis (sometimes bi's)
Chest
Incline BB press or DB press 1x10, 1x8, 1x6 sometimes 1x4
Flat DB press 3x6-8
pec dec 3x8-10
cable flies (don't bit my head off for these I like em!) 3x6-8
Bis
HC 2x6-8
on your knees behind your head cable curls. 3x8-10
I've cut back on ab worksout since i'm not tryin to cut as hardcore as in the past. I still try to do them everyone once every week or two. My abs have really grown since I worked them out hard core last cycle. so I'm not too worried about it when I start cuttin up.
So questions are:
1)What kind of gains should I expect from this cycle?
2)I'd like to add somethin the last couple weks like tbol, or should I just call it quits for both and 7.5 weeks? or should I star the tbol .5 weeks and run it through to 9.5 weeks of test prop?
2) I have some ccle experience so I was wonderin what you guys thought about doing 100mg of prop ED, or is it too late now? (rememmber it hasn't even beeen a week yet.
I'd like to add somethin the last couple weks, or should I just call it quits for both and 7.5 weeks?
3)I'm not even a week in yet, but I was wondering if I could maybe add some tbol for the last part of the cycle, i'm really itchin to try it? If so, what doseage.
4)Total caloric intake is pushin around 3000 cals. I think I wanna go 3500 max and see what happens. How can I go around adding cals without adding carbs? I'm worried too much protein is gunna pack on the fat and I KNOW carbs will pack on the fat, I just dunno how much more fat I can fit into my diet???
