Current cycle advice?

Just wondering if you could give me your recomendations on PTC. I've been on for 17 weeks. Started with propp for 4 weeks @ 1000mg per wk, switched to supertest(like sust) 1g a wk for 8 weeks and parabolin at 600mg wk 8 weeks, last 4 of those 8 I added dbol@ 25mg, Dropped all that, and last 5 weeks of cycle was prop @ 100mg ed winstrol zambo's @100mg ed and Tren @ 200mg ed.
Heavy cycle yes.
I ran nolva 20mg eod throughout entire cycle aswell as every few weeks took 500mg hcg every 4 days, last 4 weeks no hcg and added a-dex @ 1mg eod with the nolva on the off days of the a-dex, last week before comp bumped the a-dex to ed.
Any advice would really help...

LOL no shit its a lot,thats how I roll though. Well lets put it this way when I got on I was 224lbs at 16-17% bf now im 208 at 5-6%. Sides only lack of sleep now and then. You want pics?

A lot more Nolva and Clomid. I'd run another week of HCG first, stopping 2 days before PCT would begin with Higher doses of Clomid and Nolva.
 
decent progress.......still got some work to do, and I hope the judges "judge" the phsique and not the face......sorry man.....

here's a cycle opinion for you: QUIT TAKING SO MUCH SHIT AND FOCUS ON TRAINING AND NUTRITION.

i went through all of your pics bro; all of them. you have resorted to anabolics (and huge amounts at that) well before you had enough of a base to truly take advantage of them. and at this point you have slammed your system with such high amounts of them... what's on the agenda on down the road- 3, 4 grams a week?

and by looking at your pics, either you are compiled of genetic trash or your training and diet are shit. all the drugs in the world won't help with those.

you are also dramatically increasing the risk of side effects at those doses. i know state champs, national level competitors, and even pros who don't use that much AAS. you obviously haven't been training long enough or developed the discipline to take advantage of 750mg/week of anabolics... much less what you are cramming in. 200mg of tren a day?!!!

you're fucking yourself for the long run bro; step back, re-assess your goals, and chill the fuck out.

and before anyone starts with the usual response... NO, i'm not "hating" on you. NO, i don't have any pics to post as i have nothing to prove to anyone. i'm just saying what needs to be said, even though i realize it is most likely futile.

i believe it was you who said (in another thread) that you can't walk into class without someone saying "steroids". well look at your pics bro!!! i guarantee the remarks aren't coming after looking at your physique! they are most likely due to your fat head and turkey gobble under your neck.

Well since you know nothing about me or my diet and have obviously not read any of my other posts, I wount take any of that to heart. Everyone has and is entitled to their own opinions.

I know its been 2 years since ive eaten fast food. Been out to eat about a dozen. All oatmeal natty pb skim milk egg whites tuna and chicken, I didnt even eat red meat until this cutter. did i not also read in another post of yours that you plan on taking lasix and aldactone as well?

you are on a fast course to serious health problems while reaping little to no benefits. 2000mg a week and diuretics have NO PLACE in a beginners regimen.

we can all just hoep you don't end up in the doctor's office spilling the beans, on the news talking about how "steroids ruined my life" etc.

this type of shit pisses me off because however indirectly, it causes problems for me and the thousands of other responsible users out there.

i see in you the poster boy for anti-steroid legislation.
 
I tried to give him advise on cycle but he acted like he already knew it all dont know why even post asking for help if your gona juice the shit of out of it blindly any ways.When I told you 24 weeks on var was way too long you acted like you already knew exactly what you wanted and ignored everything every1 tried to tell you.I have done high doses for 6 weeks at a time with over 2 grams per week of gear just to experiment to see my body would react to the high doses and from my experience I can tell you Id rether wait longer and take lower doses than what you are doing.
 
The results you see are from 2 years of lifting I started at 165lbs and will walk on stage at 197lbs, flame all you want but there are is no amount of drugs on the planet that will just do that for you. I have worked my fucking ass of and that is something knowone can take away from me. I have put every bit of myself into what I do. I am not reccomending or condoning anything. I get bloodwork done every 3 mo. and as long as it checks out I am happy. The Lee Preist point was to say that some bodybuilders are fat offseason thats it. Do I or will I ever let myself get that large off season again? No, the amount of work I did taking it off will garentee that.

Dude if you read the post correctly I was asking about how long you could use it. I have no clue with Var, which is why I posted a question about it.

I think you look really good bro you just need to be more patient with your gains.Lower the dosage and you will be happier in the end even if it takes you a little longer.You already look good enough to be happy with what you have.Now just be patient and make slow steady gains.You need to work on your arms imo they seem to be a little lagging but overall you should be very happy with your physique.From there I would just keep the diet strict and clean bulk slowly with a quater of the doses you have been taking probably and you will be more than happy and save a lot of money.I tell you clean bulk because I too was a fat guy at some point in my life and know how hard it is once you have taken it all off to accept to put even an ounce of fat back on.I myself watch my diet 24/7 and dont ever slip even when I bulk i dont let myself get fat.The highest BF I ever go to is 14% or so then I freak out.hope this helps you out.
 
The end? Sat is the end comp wise. Dosages will be kept low from now on. Yes 24 weeks is a long time thats why I asked about doing the primo since the sides were real low. Did you notice my dose? 400mg, not much. I have proved what I set out to prove, could I have taken a safer route doing so? By all means yes. But with everything its live and learn, and try to make better decitions as we age. Im only 23 and know I have a world of information out there. For the record id say at least 70% of anabolicly enhanced members here on elite have little to no base. Not advocating but just stating a fact. I though listening to my large friend at the gym was what was best for me at the time, and am sure many others did as well. Before I joined elite PTC could have been a female problem for all I knew because none of the guys that juiced took anything to come off with, and on a side note either do any of the football players at my college. Anyway this place has been a learning godsent for me and im sure many others. Gym rat I know ive been a dick to you here on several occations. Please know its 90% diet and lack of proper sleep right now. Nothing personal I am definitally a bit snappy, I appritiate all of your suggestions. And yes I am now at a point where I am completely satisfied with size and leanness, I've been 280lbs before and was fat till I was 21yo, I got down to 165 with 17%bf from 60%bf in 4 months with no diet pills or any drugs of any kind. When you look at those pics you see fat, but for me at the time I was the leanest id ever been and stong as an ox to boot. I now look at those pics in complete shame. Trust me it took a lot for me to post those up. It took a lot to get that fat off as well, never ever again. Diet will stay comp with some extra's like natty pb and crystal light added but clean as a wistle no fruit or dairy. Dude I want you to understand my bulking diet was clean, I never cheated even bulking for 3 months all id really eat was a mix of shreaded wheat grape nuts dry oatmeal rasins and natty pb in a bowl with equal and milk, ate this combo 6+ times a day. Loved it yet it was also around 1200-1500 cals a bowl. Excessive cals is excessive cals period. But I never ate like shit that I assure you. Any way im done for tonight with all this. I have a routine that desperately need work to plan out.

I know exactly were you are coming from when you say your bulking diet was completely clean bro because I have gone through the same shit.For me the hardest part of dieting is to get my efa's because I feel like they will get me fat.Once you were fat once in your life it becomes almost like an obsession to eat clean all the time once you get in that zone.Good luck to you bro as you have done an awesome job and now just need to learn to wait on your gains and be patient and just build slowly from were your at and stay lean and that will make you happy and feel great about yourself in life and that is what were all after deep inside.I rather get the slow small gains at this point than to bulk like crazy and have to take off a bunch of fat after wards.I also think that it can be bad for discipline dieting if you start to slack.You are definetly on the right track with out doubt and I understand 100% how moody dieting can make some one so no offense taken bro.
