hello guys im from portugal and here is my story:
start lifting about 3 years ago 185cm and 62kg
now i,m 88.5kg going strong till last decembre due to rotator cuff probs.
I took an upper body rest (2 months) and started last month, no shoulder training only arms chest and back all going well until i´ve started to do cuff traing now i feel pain again????
In decembre My doctor diagnosed me a ??slight?? inflamation in the cuff prescrib me a copple of shot one of them cortisone (not local) and told me it was CRONICAL. to start light in the weights.
Does evry one who had cuff probs fully recover?
do you guys stop training completly ?
how long to full recovery?

thanks to all
sorry for the bad english

I heard 6 months to a year...but I have no experience in this... even that 6 - 12 months thing is unreliable to some extent. It varies, but I know you're out for a long time. Try to rehab it.
And definately go light when you restart.
