Crystal DNP... how long

does it take to kick in? I took a 250mg/cap last night and still don't feel it. I know it supposedly is absorbed quickly, but does it need time to buildup systematically? It was from TBD... who I guess turned scammer.

I felt crystal in 24 hours, where it took 2-3 days for powder.

yeah I'd wait 24 hours before you take another one, esp if it's your 1st time doing crystal. I'm sweating thinking about that stuff.

ok... its good to go... I'm starting to get hot now.lol About 20 minutes after my initial post I started to feel it. So far its just like a clen type of body heat. I'm only doing the 250mg/eod or every third day depending on how I handle the sides. I ahve to be able to work, so can't do it everyday.

last night i got very ill i was throwing up and in lots of pain all night. i took 1250mg of dnp the day before and 1000mg yesterday. it was one of the scariest nights of my life. temp in NY was around 19 degrees and i walked outside and still felt the heat under a cold sweat. i made it through the night but i am terribly sick today no more dnp for me. this time i pushed too far and i could see how people die from it. lucky i was drinkin water and sugars all night. my whole body is sore today and still very hot

Hey I am starting 250mg crystal ed on fri- what all are you taking with it - how is your diet carbs/protien/fat, below BMR I assume. And I would be very interested to know your before and midpoint/after stats and see some pics

i get best results from multiple 3 day cycles at high doses....rather than low dose. i must have gotten strong dosed caps because when i tell you i was losing consiciouness i mean it. my head was in a full spin

What the FUCK are you doing??!

Look, for one thing adding sugar to your intake WILL make you feel hotter. For another, why such a high dose? Yeah, I'm not surprised that you suffered.

Okay, I'm clam now. Sorry. I didn't mean to go off so hard, it's just that when people use this product at such self-abusive doses, I get really scared for them. I hope nobody will do something like that again.

To answer the first question...Even though it IS crystal, a mere 250mg cap isn't going to burn you all that much. And it'll take a couple of days, maybe even three, for the heat effects to be felt.

dude, i was taking in sugar because i didn't want to completely dehydrate....glucose help alittle. the sugars i was taking in was from apples and orange juice
