I've read the long posts regarding Crum's diet and I'm using this diet below:
Meal 1) oatmeal, 50 grams of whey protein powder.
Meal 2) Tuna, Fat free mayo, celery, few crackers
Meal 3) Chicken and a little bit of brown rice.
Meal 4) 50 grams of whey protein/ tablespoon flax
Meal 5) 2 cans of Tuna, safflower mayonnaise fullfat, celery or other veggies.
Meal 6) 50 grams of whey protein/ tablespoon flax
I weight about 195lbs (no sign of abs), i'm 6.1". I've been working out for 5 weeks straight, no missed days as far as the schedule for the "Body For Life" workout program. My question is, is the diet above following the proper ratios (according to Crum) for my weight? I'm not sure if the above is too much or too little intake for my weight:
Protein 1.5 - 2 grams per lb of Bodyweight
Fat .5 - .75grams per lb of Bodyweight
Carbs (only post workout) 30-50 grams
Thanks in advance.
